CRS HOLIDAY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude! The 2025 version of Santa’s Workshop at CRS was an incredible success, and it’s all because of YOU — our amazing donors, dedicated volunteers, and the community that always shows up with compassion and holiday spirit.
Because of your generosity, hundreds of our neighbors facing hardship will experience a brighter, more joyful holiday season. Every item donated, every hour volunteered, every act of kindness… it all added up to moments of hope and dignity for local families who truly needed it.
We would like to especially express our gratitude for the staff and volunteers at Christ Church Westshore for donating the space, providing volunteer assistance, accepting Amazon wish list items, and just going above and beyond to make our staff, volunteers and clients feel like we were at home. You brought the Christmas spirit to life in the most beautiful way!
If you have any questions regarding Santa’s Workshop, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Amy.
Volunteer to be a Salvation Army Bell Ringer!
Are you looking for a way to spread joy this holiday season? The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign needs YOU!
CRS is currently recruiting volunteers to “Ring the Bell” at the Giant Eagle in Avon Lake. Your time as a Red Kettle volunteer helps provide meals, shelter, and hope to those in need and makes a big difference in our community. And with the government shutdown and disruption of SNAP benefits, many of our neighbors are struggling more than ever.
